An artisan in Taxco designed these simple yet clever solid hoop style earrings with sterling silver and natural obsidian.  What is obsidian? Obsidian has been used across history to make weapons, implements, tools, ornaments, and mirrors. Because of its conchoidal fracture (smooth curved surfaces and sharp edges), the sharpest stone artifacts were fashioned from obsidian. Native Americans and many other peoples, including those of the ancient Aztec and Greek civilizations, used obsidian.  These earrings are striking and appropriate for any outing.  Stamped "925". Measure one inch long and 1 -7/8 inches wide.

  • Please call or email within 3-5 business days for a return authorization number. Include a copy of your receipt and any jewelry boxes, pouches or certifications with your return. The return authorization number must be on the outside returned box or IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

  • Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs, including insurance to cover the purchase price of the item.
