Description:

To say this artisan-made sterling silver cube necklace is a statement piece is an understatement! Enter a room wearing this modern beauty and you will turn heads!

Features: The skill and talent that the metal smith exhibits in refining this multi-sided and dimensional cube link necklace is amazing.  The cubes gracefully taper in size and are still loose and moveable as it is worn.  The necklace was made in Taxco, Mexico where the area has been rich with silver smiths and artisans since the 1930's.  The back connecting chain allows the length of the necklace to be worn at 18 inches and as long as 22 inches to accommodate any neckline.  About Taxco: Taxco was a lovely silver mining town located southwest of Mexico City and the center of a hand-wrought silver industry in the 1930's.

Taxco silver jewelry production boomed during World War II because Europe was unavailable as a source of luxury goods, so many high-end retailers in the United States and Canada turned south of the border to meet customer demand for exceptional silver art and jewelry.

Taxco presently has over 300 silver workshops that produce hand-made silver jewelry which is now one of the most recognized Mexican art forms.

Taxco is primarily known for its fine silver handwork and other crafts, being recognized as the outstanding center for silver work in the Western hemisphere.

This one-of-a-kind hand-crafted statement necklace is perfect for the collector of superbly crafted jewelry.  Order today while it is still available and wait for the compliments
