Artisan-made jewelry is a wonderful thing to add to your jewelry collection, especially jewelry as special as Anotonio Escorica's designs! Tono, as he is called, rarely works in 14k gold and we bought every piece our curator had recently. The delicate raised wire work is like none we have ever seen in modern times while having a baroque feel to it.
Features:
Toño hand cut the gold earring top's base shape first and then painstakingly applied the raised wire texture while working at his kitchen table. He doesn't work with modern tools like we have in our jewelry studio.
The gorgeous gemstone duo of white Moonstone and blue-hued Ethiopian Opal are soft yet stunning. The Moonstones articulate at the bottom of the dangle earring while the round Opal is bezel set above it.
The earring is made of 14k yellow gold and measures 12mm wide at the gold topper and a near 2 inches in total length.
About the artisan:
Antonio Escorcia:
From the small village of Hueymatla near Taxco, Antonio has become one of the area's most talented silversmiths. His family was also responsible for teaching him the techniques of working silver when Tono was just a young man. He has spent his life creating jewelry and studied briefly at an independent school of silversmithing in Taxco where he began to experiment with complex, Baroque-inspired designs. His pieces are truly one-of-a-kind, beautifully imagined, and technically flawless heirloom pieces.

Brummitt Jewelry Design Studio offers a 3 -5 business day refund from the date of delivery, on unworn purchases with all item tags attached.

Please call or email within 3-5 business days for a return authorization number. Include a copy of your receipt and any jewelry boxes, pouches or certifications with your return. The return authorization number must be on the outside returned box or IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
