Obsidian is a naturally occurring volcanic glass formed in swiftly cooling lava that has a high silica content.

Most volcanic rocks are rough and jagged because they contain gas bubbles. But obsidian is smooth because it contains mostly of glass. An artisan in Taxco designed and set this statement piece of natural pear shaped obsidian in a clean bezel set ring so the star is the gem itself.  The ring can be worn on a variety of fingers and the shank is slightly adjustable.  It is made of 925 sterling silver.

  • Brummitt Jewelry Design Studio offers a 3 -5 business day refund from the date of delivery, on unworn purchases with all item tags attached.

  • Please call or email within 3-5 business days for a return authorization number. Include a copy of your receipt and any jewelry boxes, pouches or certifications with your return. The return authorization number must be on the outside returned box or IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

  • Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs, including insurance to cover the purchase price of the item.
