The earrings are made of sterling silver and feature lovely Blue chalcedony.
The oval cabochons are set in an artistic direction in silver bezels and finished with a shepherd's hook.
The first recorded discovery of chalcedony was reported in Istanbul Province, Turkey. It is theorized the name Chalcedony comes from the name of the ancient town Chalcedony in Asia Minor. Today, deposits are found all over the world in Brazil, India, Madagascar, Malawi, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Sri Lanka, Uruguay and California. In its antiquity, chalcedony was commonly used as a wearable accessory with cameo carvings of water and air gods and goddesses. It was also used in the Middle East during the 1st and 2nd centuries to create seals, knives, and other jewelry.
The earrings are 46mm in total length and come in our bespoke earring box.

Brummitt Jewelry Design Studio offers a 3 -5 business day refund from the date of delivery, on unworn purchases with all item tags attached.

Please call or email within 3-5 business days for a return authorization number. Include a copy of your receipt and any jewelry boxes, pouches or certifications with your return. The return authorization number must be on the outside returned box or IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
